What is the shelf life of your products?
Once opened 6 months.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature and sensitivity of Skincare, once opened and used we cannot issue a refund. However, We accept returns for damaged goods up to 10 days after receiving your order. Please email us at inquiry@contactrileyjade1960.com
How long before I see results?
Our Products are formulated so that they deliver rapid maximum nutrition to our skin. Results will vary, but with consistent use, you should see results as early as 7 days.
Are you products safe during pregnancy?
We use all natural plant-based ingredients in all of our products. However, you should always consult with you doctor.
Do you test on animals?

When layering your Serums, which one do I apply first?
Our I DE-CLEAR should be applied first, followed by Our AGE FOR WHAT. They are meant to work together because they each bring Actives and Nutrients that work against hyperpigmentation, discoloration and uneven skin tone and texture.
I have sensitive skin, can I still use your products?
Yes. RILEY JADE 1960 is 100% Natural and works well on all skin types including Sensitive and Blemish prone skin.
Are your products pregnancy safe?
Yes. All of our products are 100% Natural & Plant-Based but as with any product it is best advise to speak to your Doctor.
