Shipping & Returns
Once your order is received by our warehouse, please allow up to two days for processing. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. For Domestic orders less than $75 we offer flat rate $7.95 shipping. Domestic orders of $75 or more qualify for free ground shipping. Depending on the distance your package must travel to reach you, it can take between 3 to 5 days door to door.
International orders we offer flat rate $25 shipping rate. Depending on how far your package is traveling, International orders may take up to two weeks for delivery (i.e.,customs processing takes time).
Does Rileyjade1960.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
We offer no refunds due to the nature of our products. However, we will accept any unused/ unopened product within 14 Days of receiving your merchandise. Items can be exchanged or credited towards a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your Store Credit will be processed.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Placing an Order
How do I order online?
1- Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, choose “add to cart.”
2- Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on “continue shopping” or “checkout.”
3- When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”.
4- We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.
5- Yayy! Congratulations! Now you just sit back and we will handle the rest.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal & Amazon Pay.
The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. We will notify you in advance and give you the option of a refund for unfulfillable items or offer suggestions for other products in our line.
I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
